FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) means you, not Amazon, handle shipping orders to your customers. On Shopify and other DTC channels, this is simply standard fulfillment. On Amazon, FBM gives you control over packaging, shipping speed, and direct customer communication that FBA does not allow.
Why from China? If your products are manufactured in China, fulfilling from China eliminates a complete shipping leg. Instead of shipping bulk inventory to a destination-country warehouse first, your goods go directly to Rayfill. Each order ships internationally to your customer. For many product types and order volumes, this is significantly cheaper than destination-country warehousing.

We fulfill Amazon Merchant Fulfilled orders and provide tracking numbers for upload to Seller Central. All carrier labels are compliant with Amazon's shipping requirements. We support all Amazon marketplaces: US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, AU, JP.
Connect your Shopify store to Rayfill via order export or API. Orders flow to our warehouse automatically. We dispatch and upload tracking back to Shopify, triggering Shopify's fulfillment confirmation and customer notification email.
TikTok Shop orders dispatched from our warehouse with tracking numbers uploaded to the TikTok Shop seller portal. We stay current with TikTok Shop's evolving shipping and packaging requirements.
eBay orders fulfilled with tracking and dispatch confirmation. We meet eBay's seller performance standards for shipping time, and tracking is uploaded to eBay to protect your seller metrics.
Order exports from WooCommerce or BigCommerce can be sent to Rayfill manually (CSV) or via API. We process and dispatch, returning tracking numbers for your system update.
Selling on multiple platforms? We can handle consolidated fulfillment from a single stock pool. Orders from all channels are managed in one warehouse, one inventory count, one account manager.
Storage
Your inventory is stored in our climate-appropriate warehouse space. Inventory is logged and tracked in our system. Real-time stock level updates on request.
Pick & Pack
Each order is picked from your inventory pool, verified against the order details, packed in your branded packaging (or standard packaging if preferred), and sealed.
Labeling & Dispatch
Carrier labels are generated and applied. Orders are handed to the selected carrier. Tracking numbers are provided to you for upload to your selling platform.
Branded Packaging
We store and use your custom boxes, poly mailers, tissue paper, sticker seals, and insert cards. Your customers receive a fully branded unboxing experience regardless of where we're shipping.
